50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
100% of paid prepayments are refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before arrival. 50% is refundable if you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
A $500 security deposit pre-authorization is placed on your card before arrival and voided automatically after departure.
